Are you ready to take your Cuban Salsa & Kizomba Dance flow, knowledge, musicality, connection, and technique to the next level with our 2-hour Cuban & kizomba classes for absolute beginners and improvers dance students?

If so, join us in growing our Cuban Salsa & kizomba dance community in NW London by sharing our post, telling a friend or by registering on our classes, so we at Cuban Vibes Dance School can share the wisdom, knowledge & understanding of Cuban Salsa & Kizomba dance.

Are You Ready?

Join Cuban Vibes Dance School for a series of 1-hour classes every Thursday in the evening from 7.15pm – 9.45pm, all we need is your mind, body, soul, energy & commitment - You Ready?

We will be delivering Inclusive Cuban Salsa & Kizomba Dance classes for absolute beginners and improvers dance students looking for that extra 1-2-1 experience in a small group environment, we will me covering the stories, the music, the culture, and the dances.

What do we cover?

We will be developing your footwork, Movement, adapting to the social dance floor, Musical Interpretation, and creativity, exploring different dance styles, Developing your Spatial Awareness.

When does the classes start?

Thursday 22nd August 2024 and thereafter every Thursday.

How to Register?

To Register either just turn up for a class or email or text us E: info@cubanvibes.com M: 07904 082080 to confirm your attendance, please note these classes are drop-in session so if you miss a week you can always come the following week.

Where is the venue?

The venue will be at Patidar House, 22 London Road, Wembley, HA9 7EX, HOW TO GET TO US VIA: BUS| BRITISH RAIL | LONDON UNDERGROUND

Where can I park my car?

The are parking bays directly outside the venue and parking is free after 6.30pm during the week and weekend. If parking bays are full you can always park at St Johns Car Park on St Johns Road (next to St John Garage) which is 4 mins from venue.

What is the price of the Classes?

All classes Free for students with ID and 65+ | 2 classes for only £3 | FREE Taster class for everyone.

What time are the Classes?

From 7.15pm – 7.45pm FREE Taster class | 7.45pm – 8.45pm Cuban Salsa class | 8.45pm – 9.45pm Kizomba class.

How to make Payment?

Please make payment via our events page via www.cubanvibes.com or payment can be made by cash or card on your next visit to Cuban Vibes Dance School, money is non-refundable but transferable for another workshop.

What to Wear?

Clothing:

Dress in comfortable, sports or gym wear that allows for ease of movement. Consider leggings, yoga pants, or a dance-friendly outfit that makes you feel confident. Feel free to express your personal style, and remember, the key is to wear something that allows you to move freely.

Footwear:

Wear comfortable dance trainer or light sports trainers with non-slip soles. For those who prefer bare feet, that's perfectly acceptable too. Grip socks recommended in winter months.

What to bring?

Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential, so bring a water bottle to keep you energised throughout the bootcamp.

Towel: It is advisable to bring a towel or flannel especially if you sweat you can also bring a small yoga mat for certain floor exercises in the warmup and cool down.

Open Mind and Positive Attitude: Our bootcamps are designed to be a fun and empowering experience. Come with an open mind, ready to embrace your mind. body and soul which will build confidence on the social dance floor.

Optional Extras:

Notebook and Pen: If you like taking notes or jotting down key information, feel free to bring a notebook and pen.

Camera or Phone: Capture memories by taking photos or videos is allowed. Check with the instructor first to respect everyone's privacy.

Remember, the most important thing is to be comfortable and enjoy the experience, and don’t forget to bring a friend!
