What to expect?

Our monthly Ladies Styling workshops at Unite in Fitness are primarily about raising your awareness and developing more layers to your dance through movement and musical interpretation to different styles of music. 

In these workshops, you’ll focus on arms, footwork, styling, and freestyle dancing, refining your technique, posture, spotting technique, and musicality.

By mastering basic steps and interpreting the music with finesse, you’ll become more fluid, versatile, and stylish, enhancing your overall dancing experience and changing the way you connect with other social dancers when dancing.
