Cuban Vibes Dance School are looking for 18 Casino style dancers and teachers who can preferably “lead and follow” to take part in our exciting 3-hour Dos Mujeres workshop, the course is designed for advanced casino dancers and teachers.

Performing is not a requirement of joining this workshop – the main aim is to make you a better dancer, improve your techniques, increase your confidence, and have more fun dancing with two followers on the social dance floor.

Partner work & Rueda – Dos Mujeres

This workshop teaches the lead and follower how to dance on the social dance floor. Leads and followers will also be introduced to dancing in a Rueda structure with some special calls.

What you will achieve

Increase your fitness level and memory muscle. Build up your confidence and self-believe. Styling & body isolation techniques. Body movement. Better your leading & following techniques. Learn realistic moves that can be converted and used on the social dancing. Musical interpretation.

The workshop happens in the heart of Brent at Cuban Vibes Dance School, Cricklewood Railway Club, 327 Edgware Road, Cricklewood, London, NW2 6JP (2 mins from Cricklewood Bus Garage).

Part 1 workshop: Sunday 4th June 2023 (1.30pm – 4.30pm). Registration: 1.15pm | Dos Mujeres Partner work 1.30pm – 3.00pm | Rueda Dos Mujeres 3.00pm – 4.30pm.
