Are You Ready? 

Join us for a series of 3-hour workshops twice a month on every 2nd & 4th Sunday afternoon from 1.30pm – 4.30pm, all I need is your mind, body, soul, energy & commitment - You Ready? We deliver Inclusive Cuban Dance workshops twice a month for dance students looking for that extra 1-2-1 experience in a small group environment.  "When you dance, the purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It's to enjoy each step along the way", - Wayne Dyer 

What do we cover? 

Men & Ladies Cuban Styling, developing your footwork, Rumba & Afro Cuban Movement, adapting to the social dance floor, Musical Interpretation, and creativity, exploring different Cuban dance styles, Developing your Spatial Awareness.

Sun 12 & 26 Feb | Sun 12 & 26 Mar | Sun 9 & 23 Apr | Sun 14 & 28 May | Sun 11 & 25 Jun | Sun 9 & 23 Jul | Sun 13 & 27 Aug | Sun 10 & 24 Sep | Sun 8 & 22 Oct | Sun 12 & 26 Nov | Sun 10  Dec 2023.

What on the Workshops? 

Time: 1.30 - 2.30pm Partner work, technique & flow | Time: 2.30 - 3.30pm Rumba & Afro Cuban movement | Time: 3.30 - 4.30pm Styling & footwork applied to Salsa con Timba.
