Join us for a series of 2-hour workshops every last Sunday of the month in the afternoon from 1.30pm – 3.30pm, all I need is your mind, body, soul, energy & commitment - You Ready?

We deliver Inclusive Cuban Dance workshops twice a month for dance students looking for that extra 1-2-1 experience in a small group environment.

What do we cover?

Men & Ladies Cuban Styling, developing your footwork, Rumba & Afro Cuban Movement, adapting to the social dance floor, Musical Interpretation, and creativity, exploring different Cuban dance styles like Son Cubano and Cha Cha Cha, Developing your Spatial Awareness.
