Are you ready to take your Cuban Dance flow, knowledge, musicality, connection, and technique to the next level with our 2-hour Afro Cuban Boot camps for intermediates and advanced dance students?
If so, join us in growing our Afro-Cuban dance community in London by sharing our post, telling a friend or by registering on our next bootcamp, so we at Cuban Vibes Dance School can share the wisdom, knowledge & understanding of Afro-Cuban dance.
Are You Ready?
Join Cuban Vibes Dance School for a series of 2-hour workshops every month in the afternoon from 2.30pm – 4.30pm, all I need is your mind, body, soul, energy & commitment - You Ready?
We will be delivering Inclusive Cuban Dance Afro Cuban workshops for intermediate and advanced dance students looking for that extra 1-2-1 experience in a small group environment, we will me covering the stories, the music, the culture, and the dances.

What do we cover?
We will be developing your footwork, Afro Cuban Movement, adapting to the social dance floor, Musical Interpretation, and creativity, exploring different Afro Cuban dance styles, Developing your Spatial Awareness.

Prices Early Bird £15 | Full Price £25 | all bookings are by way of advance payment only.
What time is the Workshop?
From 2.30pm – 4.30pm | Registration 2.15pm
How to make Payment?
Please make payment via our event page via www.cubanvibes.com or payment can be made by cash or card on your next visit to Cuban Vibes Dance School, money is non-refundable but transferable for another workshop.
What to Wear?
Clothing:
Dress in comfortable, sports or gym wear that allows for ease of movement. Consider leggings, yoga pants, or a dance-friendly outfit that makes you feel confident. Feel free to express your personal style, and remember, the key is to wear something that allows you to move freely.
Footwear:
Wear comfortable dance trainer or light sports trainers with non-slip soles. For those who prefer bare feet, that's perfectly acceptable too. Grip socks recommended in winter months.
What to bring?
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential, so bring a water bottle to keep you energised throughout the bootcamp.
Towel:It is advisable to bring a towel or flannel especially if you sweat you can also bring a small yoga mat for certain floor exercises in the warm up and cool down.
Open Mind and Positive Attitude: Our bootcamps are designed to be a fun and empowering experience. Come with an open mind, ready to embrace your mind. body and soul which will build confidence on the social dance floor.
Optional Extras:
Notebook and Pen: If you like taking notes or jotting down key information, feel free to bring a notebook and pen.
Camera or Phone:
Capture memories by taking photos or videos is allowed. Check with the instructor first to respect everyone's privacy.
